This is my second time ordering flowers for my wife. The first time was for her birthday, and there was a bit of a problem with the order. La Fleurel was kind enough to issue a full refund because of the issue, which I didn't even ask for, so I knew how much they cared about their customers' satisfactory. So, for our 3rd anniversary, I decided to give them a second chance and boy they delivered. The flower arrangement that I ordered looked identical to the one I saw in their website, super fresh and beautiful, delivered on time, and most importantly, my wife loved the flowers. They have definitely redeemed themselves. I know that first encounters could leave a lasting impression, but also believe and understand that we're all only human and can have off days. La Fleurel have corrected the initial issue in a manner that left an impression that made me want to give them another try.
