I can't imagine it could get any better. A beautiful floral design was delivered to my door last Friday, but sadly, while my address was on the card, they were intended for a different recipient. I called Florist Atlanta and told them (the address error was not their error) and they tracked down the correct recipient and the flowers and intended recipient were united very soon thereafter. On Monday I received a lovely arrangement from Florist Atlanta thanking me for letting them know that the flowers were delivered to the wrong person! Wow!! So, while I have never personally ordered anything from them, they are the only local florist I will use in the future. You just don't see this kind of generous customer service anymore.
