My new favorite spot for classes! I’m from Michigan and popped in for a Monday 5:30am session with my friend Kelsey. Normally 5:30 workouts are rough for me, but the way they setup the circuit was primo IMO. I never had someone waiting to use the same equipment as me so I could go at my speed. Chad was the trainer for our class. Idk the other trainers, but he was AWESOME! Personality is A1. The way he guided the workouts, answered my stupid questions, and played the BEST MUSIC…yeah, you gotta try this place.Normally I don’t like “classes” or timed workouts because they’re an hour and I’d rather workout by myself anyways, but the 45 mins start to finish actually made me want to come back and start doing these! Wondering if it’s a good workout? Does J Beebs say never say never? YES.I’ve been working out for 20 yrs and this workout experience was so good that I’m now looking into ANYTHING in Michigan that’s similar.Parking seemed pretty easy. Bathrooms are nice. Just had an amazing experience not only with one of the owners Brad, but also met the nicest athletes in their lower strength class today. Been wanting to try this place for a whil... Just had an amazing experience not only with one of the owners Brad, but also met the nicest athletes in their lower strength class today. Been wanting to try this place for a while! Not only were they super flexible and went above & beyond to accommodate my schedule, but they also provided feedback during the class about proper form for best results & injury prevention. To everyone. It was awesome! A lot of instructors just holler out the exercises and everyone kind of flails, lol. That wasn’t the case here at all- I felt pushed, but also like they really want you to get it right and improve. I’ve been spoiled by incredible gyms and classes here in Denver and in Boston & NYC where I lived prior- as an athlete and a professional model who cares about both strength/injury prevention and physique, I’ll definitely be back! Brad, Ned and team are great at what they do and make each workout fun and motivating.I also love the flexibility of their class schedule — it’s easy to find sessions that fit with my busy day. The gym itself is really well set up, with multiple rooms for different workouts depending on the time of day.
