I really love Hot 8 Yoga! The studio is clean, modern, and has a great energy. The classes are intense but also really motivating. I especially enjoy how the heat helps me sweat more, stretch deeper, and feel lighter after class.
The instructors are very supportive and explain everything clearly, so even if you’re new, you feel comfortable. I also like that there are many different class options like yoga, sculpt, and more relaxing styles.
Every time I finish a class, I feel stronger, refreshed, and mentally calm. It’s a great place if you want both a workout and stress relief.
Highly recommend if you enjoy hot workouts and a positive environment!
