The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. They had a great selection of frames, and the team helped me find a pair that fit perfectly and looked great. My Son’s new glasses were ready sooner than expected, and the quality is outstanding. It’s refreshing to find a place that truly cares about their customers and provides excellent service from start to finish. Recently I visited Cohen’s Fashion Optical (Near Southern Blvd in Bronx,NY) from the phone conversations we had to the in person conversations/ services was a 10 out of 10 ! I was taken back a little that there was a virtual eye doctor but I guess that was expected due to how small the office is. The eye doctor(virtual) and the technician (live) was extremely nice, informative, detailed oriented and professional. Bel the front desk receptionist / representative was extremely helpful with choosing my glasses , funny and heartwarming. Thanks for helping me with my glasses.
