She absolutely lived up to them. She's thorough and patient in the best way. Rather than rushing through the appointment, she took the time to think about my long-term eye health and worked with me through the (admittedly tedious) process of finding the right multifocal contacts. That kind of patience isn't something you take for granted. What really sets her apart is how responsive she is after your visit. Questions get answered quickly — which, if you've ever tried to reach a doctor's office, you know is rare. Taylor at the front desk is also a gem. The whole experience, start to finish, made it easy to feel like I'd found my go-to eye care spot in the city. Read More
