Working with their CEO, Elizabeth was a delight as she worked hard to help me create the perfect menu for the event.The passed appetizers were instant crowd-pleasers—the chicken cigars were dangerously good, the seared ahi tuna was fresh and beautifully presented, and the wagyu bites were a total showstopper. People were literally tracking down servers for seconds (and thirds).The stations took things to another level. The pasta station was a hit with everyone, the Vegas carvery felt indulgent and on-theme in the best way, and the dim sum station added a fun, unexpected twist that guests kept talking about.
