I am very grateful for the experience I had at Tucson ER & Hospital.I went in with severe belly pain on a Sunday. The staff and nurses were extremely compassionate, accommodating, kind, professional, efficient, and very quick at helping me whenever I ask for anything. They also communicated very well letting me know what to expect next. Dr. Kay assessed my situation quickly and ordered a CT scan and bloodwork which was done at the ER. Dr. Kay went over the results, gave me recommendations for follow up, and gave me some very practical ideas of what to do next. Happily, it wasn't anything awful. We were in and out of there in a little over two hours. I'm very impressed with the facility, staff, nurses and doctor. I highly recommend Tucson and Hospital. Just gave birth at HCA Clear Lake on 1/1/26, and the experience was a 20/10 for my husband and I. The nurses are all phenomenal in their care, knowledge, bedside manner, and willingness to go above and beyond for their patients. From Labor & Delivery to Postpartum, I felt truly cared for the entire time. These Postpartum nurses truly saved my husband and I as we are first time parents, and they were willing to show us anything and everything we asked about. One night our son was inconsolable, and Rebeca came in for over an hour to help us soothe him to sleep. Barbara was so helpful in teaching us tricks, and assuring us we are experiencing all of the normal first time parent feelings. Amber in Food & Delivery on the Labor & Delivery side is an angel. Everyday I looked forward to her coming into my room as she brings such joy and genuine warm in her presence. Brittany on the Labor & Delivery side was a lifesaver as I had to have an unplanned c-section, and her confidence made me feel at see more
