I called Ace Copy after contacting several printer repair companies to fix my brother laser printer and found that the young lady who answered the phone was more than helpful. The hours of this place are from 9-5 which is in direct conflict to my work hours. I lightly expressed this and the young lady "offered" that her technician may be able to wait for me. She told me she would call me back and within five min she called back and told me that he would be able to wait for me. I was so grateful for their flexibility and understanding of a potential customer's schedule.I am now picking up my printer and am excited that it will print clean clear copies. Thanks to Ace Copy.
