Can’t say enough great things about this company. Long story short, as a condo owner, the lease renewal required a mold/allergen inspection as part of the new Local Law 55 compliance. The building management has recommended several companies (and Kaltech was the preferred choice). I called and emailed those companies for quotes and detail about the testing. Some came back with ridiculous high quotes and a few places charge per visit and/or hourly. The quote from Kaltech was very reasonable and they were very responsive to my emails, so I decided to go with Kaltech. Fernando was my inspector. He came right on time, he checked the wardrobes, cabinets and other areas for mold concerns and leakages. He was very knowledgeable and explained what to do when there is mold and gave me prevention tips. He was very responsive and is a pleasure to work with.
