It was a rainy day so my dress was also wet and heavy. They saved my dress! They surpassed my expectations my dress looks sooo good compared to what it was and everybody is so nice and friendly. We had a few friends over enjoying some wine and company but my clumsy wife spilled a good amount of cabernet over our $500 chair :/ We tried everything we could to get the stain out but was unsuccessful for a while(youtube was no help this time). I searched for some reputable dry cleaning services and came across Cleantopia. The owner was very nice and empathetic. He told me to give him a couple of days and assured me that everything would be fine. I got a call from him after a couple of days telling me to pick up the chair. Once i arrived i was in awe of his work. As you can see in the picture there were no signs of red(or blue) on the chair. i couldn't thank him enough since the chair is no longer for sale and i would have had to buy a whole new dining set for matching chairs. The price was very reasonable and i was totally satisfied. i definitely will revisit if my wife spills wine on anything else again or for any other stains on my valuables. Great job Cleantopia!!! Have been coming here for a while now and they’ve always been great with cleaning and even alterations. But today they solved a huge problem for me and so I want to leave an extra positive review. I used them to alter a dress I had gotten for a bridal photo shoot. I dropped the dress off on Wednesday and asked if they could have it done by Friday. The woman said yes which was great. Well by Friday, we had a rare snowstorm and they were closed (reasonably so). I went on Saturday morning to see about the dress, hopeful that someone had still worked on it. Well; someone did work on it but it wasn’t in the physical location, it was away at someone else’s shop and the woman said I wouldn’t be able to get it until Monday afternoon. That presented a problem because I needed the dress by Monday morning for a photo shoot. Well, she pulled some strings and got the dress back today (Saturday!) at 3 PM. Recently, I brought a tux shirt in that got completely covered in red wine, fully expecting it to be a loss.
