I brought my car in for an oil change and asked to have my brake pads replaced (using parts I’d bought online) because I assumed they were due after 5 years. Chris was incredibly helpful and, after some back and forth, offered to check the brakes for me at no charge. Turns out, everything is still in great shape. He easily could have just done the work, but instead, he saved me over $1K and gave me peace of mind for an upcoming road trip. It can be hard to find honest, reliable auto shops, so I truly appreciate the integrity here. I came here because of several friend recommendations, and I’m so glad I did. They’ve kept all my cars (including an old, high mileage civic) in great shape and always let me know in advance if they notice anything else popping up that might need repaired soon. Fair pricing and they’ve been more than generous with their diagnostic time on several occasions. More than once they’ve shown that they are willing to not screw me over when they easily could have. I brought in a cheap car for some expensive AC, steering, and other various repairs. They noticed a crack in the engine block that had been (poorly) repaired at some point and stopped all work and called me immediately. I ended up not going through with the other repairs due to the catastrophic issue on the block and they didn’t charge me for time or anything. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles here for as long as I live in KC. Read More
