The Fit House offers a variety of fun low-impact high-energy classes! Featuring Boston Jumps, Trampoline, Step, Hip-hop Dane, Mat Pilates, Barre, Weight-loss and strength training and more. Our goal is to create a community where everyone feels welcome, empowered to MOVE, and feel their best. We offer amazing workouts delivering results and pain-free for those who are looking for injury prevention and rehabilitation. We offer classes to Adults, teens and kids programs, private parties, team building and fundraising. We can help people with ailments or recovering from surgery to heal faster and get back to walking and moving. We help coaches, teams, athletes, runners who need help getting their mobility and athletes back to their training.
