The place is awesome,, all the ladys were very pleasant & welcoming, the doc did a very thorough exam of Cookie And there didn’t seem to be no discomfort with cookie and the doctor, doing her exam and giving Cookie her shots. There truly are not enough words for how wonderful and amazing the staff here are. I’m forever grateful for the extra time they helped us get with our little man Romeo. The heartfelt compassion and kindness they gave us when we had to say goodbye to our precious heart dog of 15 years. We love you all dearly for that. You are a part of our family now, always. We have been taking Ollie to Animal Care Hospital ever since my husband and I adopted him! I cannot recommend Animal Care Hospital and their team enough! I have always been impressed with the level of care they provide. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth and compassion. Ollie’s been seeing Dr. Hickey and she is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Dr. Zylstra did an amazing job with his neuter and Ollie was feeling back to himself in no time! The entire staff is friendly, patient, and truly cares about the well-being of their patients. Our first experience with Animal Care Hospital started with the new appointment phone call. Very courteous and verified all information. The first in person visit was very professional and the staff was great. Very personable and patient with all our questions as a first time visitor. My cats usually hate going to the vet, but as soon as we walked into the office, they stopped crying and stayed calm the entire time. Dr. Culver was fantastic—knowledgeable, welcoming to questions, and very accommodating. The staff that helped us were knowledgable and helpful with my insurance claim documents. As long as we live in CR, we won’t go anywhere else. Easily 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! We are soo thankful and beyond impressed with Dr. Hickey and the staff at Animal Care Hospital. We found this sweet baby kitten along the side of the road badly injured with a broken leg. We called Animal Care Hospital and was able to get an appointment with Dr. Hickey the next day. The staff welcomed us like we were family. The receptionists were so sweet when we called to schedule. It was such a terrifying time for us. But they put us at ease and took the time to listen. The technicians were top notch. They were very professional while showing genuine care and concern for us and the situation. Dr. Hickey was able to save the kittens leg. She amazed us with her knowledge, kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a quality veterinary care. We had a good experience the only thing that was a little strange is when we went back to the room the lady taking our information asked me how much I was planning to spend today 🙃..Ive taken other pets to the vet before and never been asked that, I am new to this vet and don't know if they have some kind of a discount they will give if you cant afford the bill ...most places have set prices for everything. Was just a little odd!¡ I really liked the vet he was a good Dr .. Always a positive experience with Dr. Zylstra. He is very educational & informative with all of my questions for our Golden Retriever, Duke. I also appreciate that he isn't ever in a rush to leave the room, and also doesn't push unnecessary procedures/medications for our pets. The staff is always friendly & great, as well. Thanks again! this place is great. I just moved from North Dakota and needed a Veterinarian to get my ESA dog on the right meds. Bloodwork came back good all the test came back good and we got the right medicine with no hassle whatsoever. The price was within range. I would recommend that you use this Veterinarian. They also have boarding facilities. And for me, it’s not a question of if it’s a question of when I am going to be hospitalized . that is a piece of mind that cannot be expressed enough knowing that your animal, best friend is gonna be taken care of and it’s right down the road from me. I will continue to Use them as long as I’m around here. My buddy is 10 1/2 years old. Hopefully he’s got a few more years in him, but if I’m still around and he’s not, I’ll use my next ESA with this vet.
