Caring and patient professionals. They'll chat with you about your appointment and your family. They're gentle, but will also respect your wishes to go without being numbed, when possible. I've done that with some of my smaller fillings. I can feel anxious at the dentist, plus I suffer from chronic migraines and they are quite accommodating. They also have a small children's play area in the waiting room. I've only ever seen Dr. Cook, but I haven't heard anything bad about the other dentist, either. I've been going there for many years and my only poor experience was with a receptionist that is no longer employed there. I usually make my appointments in the morning and rarely wait even 5 minutes. My husband has to make his appointments late in the day and has waited up to 45 minutes. I always see Tracy for my cleanings. She's amazing! She's personable but will also leave you be if you want to listen to your headphones. She takes extra measures to protect my teeth and my comfort.
