I went in convinced that my tooth needed to be removed because the pain had become unbearable. I could hardly sleep or eat, and I was ready for the dentist to just take it out. But after examining me, the dentist took the time to explain what was really causing the pain and assured me that extraction wasn’t the only option.
They were patient, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Instead of rushing to remove the tooth, they assured me the teeth was OK and they had to avoid unnecessary procedures. The way they worked, checking on my comfort, and making sure I understood everything—made such a huge difference.
I walked in terrified and hurting, but I walked out contented and so grateful. I appreciate how the dentist prioritized saving my tooth and my comfort above everything else. Truly exceptional service...
