Fit4Dance is a vibrant dance & wellness studio dedicated to making culturally inspired movement accessible, empowering, & community-driven. We offer a diverse range of dance & fitness classes for all ages & skill levels, specializing in styles rooted in African, Caribbean, & Latin traditions. Our classes include Afrobeats, Soca, Salsa, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Strength Training, Yoga, & more. Beyond classes, Fit4Dance serves as a community hub, offering wellness retreats, corporate & school partnerships, special events, & space rentals.
