Unsuccessfully elsewhere, it took me 30 days and the purchase of an unnecessary external hard drive to NOT solve a software problem regarding a migration issue.David found a solution in one day.I had no more hope left until I tripped upon him and Technology Revealed. He (and Kathy) drilled into the problem and wouldn’t quit until it was resolved. He’s sorted out what Apple Inc. could not, nor two other (slooow) Apple repair shops. One apple repair shop charged me more money than David did for NOT fixing the problem, so I don’t know where the expensive indicator on a previous review on TR is coming from. David even speed-learned QuickBooks to straighten me out.I wouldn’t think of going any place else again. I have so many Apple devices.
