From planning to execution, Ink Factory was helpful, responsive and organized to bring our client’s live patient illustration concept to life. This was an entirely new venture for our agency and our client, so having Ink Factory guide us throughout the process was greatly appreciated. The illustrator was so talented and friendly onsite and the event attendees were in awe at how she captured the presenters' discussions so beautifully. The final illustrations turned out even better than we envisioned, and our clients can now use the physical boards and digital versions for years to come. Highly recommend!

I felt like I got extremely lucky finding Ria, and the timing of it all worked so well that I was able to get set up on the 1-year anniversary of her passing. It was everything I could have asked for, and more.I had been to a couple of places to get quotes, and they didn’t really sit there and take the time to understand this tattoo was really important to me, not only that it’s my first, but that it was in memoriam of my dog of 15 years.I got a response quickly after submitting my information through VISM’s website and began working on the scheduling and detail of the tattoo, sending photos over to Ria and her team for review.Ria came up with multiple designs and sent those, I think I knew in a matter of seconds because one of the photos felt like I could see Hailey's eyes again, it was honestly crazy.We worked through the final details, with Ria allowing me to make chan
