We had a great experience at Phoenix Family Dentistry. It’s never an easy decision when picking a doctor or dentist for my family. My 10-year old had a cavity and I was very unhappy with his previous dental office who wanted to put him to sleep and wouldn’t give me an option. I prayed about it and was so relieved to find Phoenix Family. They were very kind. They took the time to explain everything. They made my son feel comfortable and even let him listen to his own music while getting his tooth filled. They didn’t rush us. And gave us options for his treatment. This is my 2nd time here and I seriously cannot say enough great things about this office. Every doctor, every assistant, and everyone at the front desk is amazing. Their bedside manner is everything you could hope for, they’re funny, patient, kind, and they make you feel completely comfortable the moment you walk in. My first appointment was at 7am and I didn't expect everyone to be so happy! I loved it, it set the mood for the day! I’ve never had a dental team that feels this caring and genuine.
