I got very lucky and had PEDRO and his team to install my windows and they were very professional, didn't make a mess and cleaned up everything from the inside to the outside. They treated my personal items carefully and the workmanship was excellent. I am very pleased with the work, they showed up before scheduled time and completed the job in just one day. Highly recommend Pedro and his guys. FHIA good company but I feel I paid more than their competitors and I don't think I was given the best price possible in comparison to other quotes I received, but overall I am happy with the professionalism and the way they handled the process. They protected the floors and used plastic to minimize the dirt and dust. They did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished and they answered many questions as they worked. Francisco kept us updated throughout the 2 day job. And he was pleasant and efficient when handling a couple of unexpected situations. A big thank you to Francisco and his team. We've purchased product from FHIA on three occasions and have been happy with the work each time. Since we've worked with FHIA more than once, we didn't compare quotes from different companies. Before they really got started a nosey neighbor of mine, stopped by on the first day asking about the windows and Gregory and the guys handled it because I don't like nosey people in my business, and because of that you may be getting more business in my area.
