I am an experienced computer user and brought my high end gaming desktop PC to Nos Computers, which is located in the plaza next to the DMV. They successfully completed a RAM upgrade using my own RAM, which requires a special procedure. They had no trouble completing the repair and having it ready quickly, dropped off in evening and was already ready the next morning. They didn't ask anything to re-attach my computer fan properly. The price is reasonable considering the skills required and that they have to pay their bills as well. It ended up on the low end of what was quoted originally. They had laptops and desktops for sale with some accessories for sale as well that otherwise would be hard to buy in person.
