Turns out, that was true as there were multiple layers to the problem and in my own eagerness to have my computer back pushed them and didn’t give them time to Verify everything. Their team has since gone above and beyond to get me up and running again. In the future I will only be going to Kurt and team for my computer repairs. . . . Dropped my computer off. They had it for 3 days. Called me and said it was fixed. Picked it up, got home and when I booted it up the same error I took it in for popped up. There is no way they even looked at my computer because there is nothing different, even after reassuring me they had it diagnosed and fixed. Read More

Kurt is very knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to diagnose and quickly repair My computer, and get it back to me way faster than I anticipated. Not only that, the price was a lot cheaper than I expected as well. Kurt did an amazing job explaining exactly what was wrong with my computer, got it fixed, and had it back to us and just over 24 hours. Now my address book is correct. When I bought the new laptop, the addresses came from my cell phone. I was told by another business they couldn't download the 2019 Outlook addresses. I have a lot of phone numbers, but not all have email addresses. I don't want my phone and laptop synced. Kurt fixed everything for me, and his price was very reasonable.
