Thea helped me to revamp my website and taught me how to effectively and quickly create content for promoting my dog training business, on social media. I was completely at a loss before. I am a dog trainer who owns a business, not a business person or a social media influencer. I just want to be able to promote my business without living on the computer. She reached out to me and welcomed my questions and even my grumpy mood swings during a difficult time in my business career. IWBC has provided me quick responses to CARES ACT questions and offered suggestions as to steps I could take to move forward. I appreciated their timely attention during a time when my small business was being overlooked for bigger cash cows. I wish that I could give IWBC more than 5 stars! Leaving the public sector and becoming a small business owner involves a very steep learning curve. Thea and her team at IWBC broke down an overwhelmingly long "to-do" list into bite-sized, manageable tasks. The Creative Framework class and workbook were extremely helpful to both the learning process and for networking with other aspiring entrepreneurs. Thea gave me personal attention every step of the way, even helping me name my new business and creating my logo! I don't know how I could have done this without her expertise and encouragement!
