Don’t pass this place up, it is absolutely a hidden gem. As someone who had long covid for years, I haven’t been able to keep up with any yoga or pilates that I’ve tried, but the “beginner” classes at Urban Sanctuary really are beginner sessions. I would still recommend those beginner sessions to someone advanced, since they are so meditative, spiritual, and peaceful. I was so relaxed and slept so easily after my first session! The atmosphere is very welcoming and inclusive. I’m surprised they don’t have more participants on zoom for the sessions which are available online, since anyone anywhere could participate in those. I’ve done zoom sessions so far and it works well. There is a great introductory offer you can sign up for that allows you to try as many classes as you want for a good price. If you are reading this and on the fence just go for it, you will absolutely not regret it!ServicesGroup lessons Read More

I decided to join Urban Sanctuary at the beginning of the year. I have been searching for a yoga studio to continue my practice since my old studio closed. I tried a few other places to practice yoga, and Urban Sanctuary is hands down the best in Denver. I absolutely love that there is a sense of community and no snobbery at all. A lot of other studios could take some tips from Urban Sanctuary on creating a beautiful, welcoming space. I'm so happy I joined. Read More
