I called and asked if they could do same day alterations on my work shirt and they said it depended on the garment and when I explained it to them they happily told me that they could get it done and they definitely did and within just a couple of hours I had my shirt back and for a very reasonable price. Quick Fix Tailoring & Alterations is a Houston Tailor Shop staff with over 35 years experience in tailoring and alterations. We perform alterations on Mens and Womens clothing, suits, coats, slacks, shirts, blouses, casual dresses, ball gowns, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses. We also rent tuxedos for men, rent classic collection of tuxedos and accessories such as tuxedo shirts, vests, bow ties, studs and links and hankies. Open 7 Days a week..Monday- Friday 10a til 7p Saturdays 10a til 5p and Sundays 10a til 4pm. Located in the Garden Oaks shopping center, corner of 38th & North Shepherd- 2 lights from 6-10 west and 5 minutes from 45 north.

I received a ridiculously gigantic bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding, and didn’t have high hopes that it would ever look good on me. The folks at QuickFix Tailors were super friendly, super fast, and did a great job taking in the sides and length of my dress for a proper fit. I was especially impressed with their high tech video fitting and text reminders. The prices were very reasonable, in my opinion...$125 for everything. Brought a bridesmaids dress here that ended up being very large on me in every area possible and they handled it with such care that they had me do the fittings in stages to ensure we got the fit just right! I really appreciated the attention to detail. I also had a couple pairs of pants done here and they were very honest with me when it came to pricing and even recommend against any alterations on a few pairs due to what would be needed from a pricing standpoint to get them done and said I may as well just buy a new pair. That’s true integrity when a business makes a recommendation that will not benefit them financially! I’ll definitely be back for future needs! Read More
