With a very tight window of just under two weeks, their team rose to the challenge and delivered outstanding results. A huge shoutout to Layla, who was instrumental in structuring a contract that perfectly fit our needs while offering us the best possible rate. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I also want to recognize Mercedes and her hardworking team of cleaners, who were on-site every single day, giving it their all, no excuses. Their dedication, efficiency, and high standards truly exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Stratus, the apartments were spotless and ready for move-in right on schedule.
