Everything about our experience was awesome! I was able to schedule an appointment quickly through text, which was perfect for me. Mr. Juan texted to let me know he was on the way (and early). He and another young man worked diligently to ensure the carpets were thoroughly cleaned including a tough spot thanks to our cat, and the payment was very fair.
