Giving them 4 because my experience with my toes was far different than my experience with my nails. I walked in asking for a pedi/refill on my hands with gel polish. A young guy did my feet and he did such a good job a solid 10/10. Now the nails were horrible. The acrylic underneath doesn’t match the color acrylic I had on prior and she did not take the time to explain this to me or give me options, she also didn’t clean my nails or allow me to wash before my nails were painted. I asked if she can clean my cuticles and she said “where”. The lady was blonde with short hair. My advice avoid her. Pictures of the nails attached. I had to go home and pull out things to clean my nails and fix what I had going on despite letting her know at the end of the service. You shouldn’t be allowed to walk out of a nail salon like this Read More
