I unfortunately suffer from Fibromyalgia so the biggest concern was finding a mattress that can help with that. Enter Chad, who was not only knowledgeable in the mattresses, but also friendly! He gave us insight on what specific mattresses were tailored to do specific things and explained what they do. The whole interaction was pleasant, and a breeze, we’d absolutely recommend him to anyone who’s going into this Mattress Firm! I’ve been in the market for a new mattress for several weeks and just so happened to be meeting a friend for lunch near the Millenia Mall Mattress Firm. With literally 15 minutes to get in and out to get back to work I stopped in, was greeted by Chad and went right to trying out the mattress I’d been looking for. I’m a longtime customer of Beautyrest mattresses and really liked the first one I tried. I told Chad unless he could get me rung up in 10-12 mins I’d have to come back after work. He was able to get me taken care of and on my way in 10 minutes. He was friendly, very thorough and accommodating; I left a happy customer! I’m looking forward to sleeping comfortably in my new Beautyrest and I will definitely return to Mattress Firm when the need arises. Thanks Chad! Read More
