I really appreciated how they knew each other and seemed to really like each other too! It was like working with 'old friends'. They were creative and really experts in knowing how the guests would flow and never gave a hint of feeling rushed or panicked. The captain was so good with his team and a fantastic communicator. They created a great vibe. The food was creative and delicious. People RAVED about the beef. Clean up happened so quickly and without fuss. From the moment they introduced themselves, every team member was friendly, professional, and eager to get started. I walked them through the house and shared my vision for how the evening would flow, while my husband showed them the bar setup and supplies. That was all they needed, and they were completely prepared. The setup was fabulous, the food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the cleanup was exceptional. Every detail was handled beautifully, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the evening. You can tell she works hard. I'm a huge foodie so food was very important to me at our wedding. My fiance and I went to the tastings and were able to add insights and suggestions. On wedding day the food was even better than what we remembered! The appetizers were delicious and warm. Several guests told me they loved their meals. I saw a lot of empty plates!
