We chose them because we had specific dietary requirements for our wedding — my husband has celiac disease and is a total foodie — and we wanted to make sure our guests could safely enjoy everything. We hosted our wedding in Tucson, Arizona, the place we now call home, and wanted our out-of-town guests to have a true desert-inspired experience from the venue to the food. Tom and Lin exceeded every expectation. They were incredibly accommodating with our gluten-free needs and helped us craft a creative, upscale Southwestern menu that highlighted local ingredients and regional flavors.
