Every month Kimball Hall holds an Open House for brides-to-be where the vendors showcase their particular specialty. Every month Avalon's food was excellent! They worked with us to plan the perfect menu and were very accommodating. The food at the wedding couldn't have been better. Their beef brisket is so tender and delicious you can cut it with a fork. The collard greens are delicious as well. They served mouth-watering appetizers while we were taking pictures. Everyone at the reception raved about the food. Ann & Cathy were super helpful, our tasting was great, wedding day they took care of everything. Set up was beautiful and their staff kept lines low. Bartenders were fun and engaged to help guests. They also did our cake as regular and gluten-free, both were beautiful and delicious. Above all else, they supported our wish of having waste diverted for compost and recycling, including glass recycling. They supported working with additional vendors and sorting items. The staff was wonderful at all times in planning the wedding and during the wedding itself. They provided all decorations -- beautiful flowers and candles.
