I've used CTC in several different situations, from needing a re-introduction to job hunts after many years to shorter-term support. I particularly recommend the weekly Peer Group sessions, in which job-seekers get together on Zoom to report progress, share questions, and even share answers. A LinkedIn group is available to CTC members even when they land new jobs, which means seekers have contact with people who are newly back at work.
