Joe made sure to go above and beyond, calling other companies to get the best company to help get the smell out: They did a 7 hour treatment, gave me a rental car on Friday, and talked me through all they had done to clean out the smell out of my car. Joe was very helpful in making sure we weren’t stuck with the smell and being unhappy!! I greatly appreciate his customer service!I bought a 2023 Kia Sportage here in December.
