I met the owner, and you can tell she truly cares about her staff. She was attentive, humble, and so warm. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant for only $4.99 and it was huge! I also had my first-ever cappuccino, and it did not disappoint. What surprised me most was the affordability. Most places in any downtown area tend to overcharge, but not this place. Their prices are fair, the food is delicious, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. It’s refreshing to find a humble, family-feeling business where anyone can enjoy a great meal in downtown Avalon.
