Roy is friendly and pleasing to work with. There is a lot to be said for liking the people that are working in your home. The cabinets we purchased from Wood Gem are beautiful full frame cabinets with tongue and groove construction, truly top of the line. They arrived on time and installation was painless despite seriously uneven floors and beams surrounding the cabinets. Roy help us with the design to make sure the overall kitchen design would minimize the unevenness of our kitchen. He was thorough, has a great understanding of the product which one could expect but he also repeatedly demonstrated patience and the ability to quickly adjust and adapt to changing needs.
