They were both very courteous, professional and responsive and added me to the certification webinar workshop. With Rafael leading the webinar, it wasn't overly stuffy or anything you would expect when dealing with a department agency within the state of NJ . It was very relaxed and real world. Rafael guided me on a few idiosyncrasies which I was unware of and I was able to complete the process and got my SBE certification on the spot!
