Super cool new brewery. Great concept and facilities is clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Beer was better than average compared to other breweries in the area. Prices are reasonable. Great hidden gem off the beaten path outside Baton Rouge. Obviously helps if you like baseball since they have a baseball theme, but they have a good variety of actually good beers (rare for a self-titled brewery) at reasonable prices. They also host interesting events from time to time to spice up the clientele. Great live music and a good crowd. Great hidden gem off the beaten path outside Baton Rouge. This is my first time here, and I love this place already. Their IPAs, especially their Rainbow Is My Favorite Flavor IPA, are perfectly hoppy, just like I like them. Shawn, the Assistant Brewer, is very friendly and knowledgeable about beers and likes to chat about them. There is ample seating and plenty of staff here to serve beer, even right now during the LSU CFP Playoff Game. This brewery has a good-sized setup for being open only 2 weeks thus far, and I look forward to seeing them grow! Job well done! This is my first time here, and I love this place already. Wow! This is one of my new places to hang out at. The custom Brew is amazing. I especially love the Wendy Peppercorn beer. Can't describe it with with mere words. It literally will just melt in your mouth and entangle all your senses at once. When I was there they were providing crawfish and smash burgers from an outstanding outside vendor called "Smoke and Boil." The staff is happy, friendly and provide top notch service. Two thumbs up from me 😁 Wow! This is one of my new places to hang out at. The custom Brew is amazing. I especially love the Wendy Peppercorn beer. Can't describe it with with mere words. ***** A wide variety of beers covering any palate. In addition, they've added a new pizza oven that puts them in contention for the best pizza in Baton Rouge. Crispy, flaky, and all the fixings make it a must-stop! ***** A wide variety of beers covering any palate. I was invited to try this local brewery out. The friend that invited me, won to contest to brew her own beer. Today was the unveiling of that beer. The beer is called Czech Swing and its a good light beer. I also tried their pizza which they have brick oven pizza. It was quite good and definitely recommend trying the food there. I’ve been to Rally Cap Brewing in Baton Rouge twice now. The place has a chill, welcoming vibe with plenty of TVs for sports fans and a mix of low tables + taller barstool seating. Friendly staff, quick service, and my to-go order was packed perfectly for the ride home — no saucy spills. They pour a rotating selection of beers on tap and also offer canned or bottled non-alcoholic drinks (but note: no ice). The kitchen serves pizza, calzones, and other oven-baked bites — making it a great casual spot to hang out or grab something to go. P.S. It’s dog-friendly! I had an amazing time here. The beers were delicious. I tried the imperial praline, sour melonhead & failed T-shirt company. I didn’t catch his name but the beertender was fantastic company & was super engaging in conversation with this out of town stranger. Highly recommend the pizza too. Enjoyed my visit.
