I have always had book keepers that were friends, recommended by family members or friends, and this has unfortunately done nothing but create problems for me. A friend and fellow shop owner recommended Breakwater to me and after the onboarding process was completed, I was very surprised at the personal attention and the simple way my fanatical information was presented to me so I could see what is going on at a glance. This is a way better option for making sure the book keeping is straight for small businesses who are looking to grow when the owner may not be sharp when it comes to the numbers. The numbers are the most important part and breakwater is fantastic at keeping them in line, the reports they send to me are easy to read and understand.
