Hance’s is the best most thorough body shop in town! I just got my 2018 X5 back from them replacing my back bumper and was heading to the airport for a weekend trip. I decided to back into my parking space in the garage which turned out to be a huge mistake. I did not see the “I” beam sticking out of the concrete for the second level and backed into it! Man what a way to ruin a trip! I called John at Hance’s while I was waiting for my flight. He told me not to worry he would take care of it when I got back. I had the utmost confidence because I just got it back from them. Dropped it off as soon as I got back and in just 5 days he was handling me my keys back. The car was perfect again!
