When I visit my family in Chicago coming from my current home city Miami, I find it hard to find a gym with a cool ambiance, inspirational vibe, good music and quality machines. I’ve hopped around to a few body builder gyms in the city and this is BY FAR the best if you are looking for the things I mentioned. Commercial gyms don’t inspire me at all and this gym here is far from that. Very good job here! Setting the standard for the city of Chicago where wellness and fitness appears to not be the trend. I tried the guest pass. Staff was very welcoming and even assisted me with some workout forms. I personally prefer this low-light atmosphere over LA Fitness and even EBC in downtow... The women’s locker room is well maintained and provides towels and hair dryer/straightener after your shower.it also included a steam room, so bring your own sandals if you want to step inside.
