Dr. Burke is exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. I’ve never come across an optometrist like him; he truly stood out. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel confident and cared for without ever feeling rushed. Jennifer was lovely—sweet, attentive, informative, and extremely professional. I hadn’t worn contacts in 16 years, and when she noticed I was struggling while getting reacclimated, she stepped in with helpful tips that made the process much easier.
