Andrew and his team were incredibly patient and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. They had me try multiple styles and helped me find a bike I truly loved. Andrew made sure I had all the essentials and clearly explained basic mechanics and maintenance. I even managed to fall off the bike while learning how to dismount, and instead of laughing, he calmly explained what I did wrong and how to avoid it next time.
