Manager named Brian is super friendly and will try and locate brands that they don't carry and bring it in specifically for you. You also get an additional discount on larger orders. Good customer service. Most of the cashiers are friendly and speedy. There are "tastings" from time to time. They offer a free Shoppers Vineyard card and after you get so many points you get a cash discount applied to your order which is a nice incentive to shop there.
