Too many stouts and IPAs for my taste. I know everyone has a specialty and obviously that is theirs, but I probably won't return simply because here I feel limited to the same 2 or 3 beers every time, when I like having more to choose from. The Bruery, voted best craft brewery in Orange County. The Tasting Room offers an assortment of beer styles from barrel-aged stouts, hoppy IPAs and crisp lagers. Enjoy your beer inside with a view of the brewery or outside under our covered patio. Rotating daily food trucks offer a variety of delicious meal options. The Tasting Room features weekly trivia as well as an assortment of live music and fun events. The Bruery also offers private event hosting for small and large groups.

Hands down my favorite bruery that I've been to. They have the BEST selection of dark beers with amazing flavors! I love their outside area too, covered and with plenty of seating... After a friend's recommendation, I decided to check out this brewery. As a stout fan, I was pleased to see several options on the menu. I ordered a flight from the "Bold & Brave" section to sample them all. My favorite was the Minty Scoops, which had a pleasant and subtle flavor. The Thrill Rider was my second choice, with a more noticeable boldness. The other three stouts were a bit too strong for my personal taste.The brewery has both air-conditioned indoor seating and an outdoor area. We arrived shortly after they opened, so no food truck was available, but we were able to bring our own food and snacks.
