Lauren was super responsive with every single email we sent and even accommodated us for items that weren’t on the menu. Not only was the food amazing, but their catering staff was so professional and polite. We especially loved Aimee, who was like a personal attendant for me and my wife. They provided excellent service across the tasting / menu selection, dietary restrictions for guests, food quality, presentation, service, and logistics. Our wedding was at the Adamson House in Malibu which is a somewhat logistically challenging venue for vendors, and Fundamental rolled with the punches of the demands of the venue which made our lives much easier. The tasting was fun and the quality of the food made it really hard to choose what to select for our menu. On the day of our wedding, their staff maintained a great balance of coverage and professionalism without being disruptive of the event.
