All questions were answered promptly via email and we took care of the payment securely online.On the day Christian was very communicative and told us his ETA. He arrived when he said he would. He and his nephew were so kind and warm.The food was EXCELLENT. He had both a charcoal grill and a flat top so he got an excellent charcoal sear with all that flavor and then finished on the flat top. We had carne asada, pollo asada, and al pastor. My personal favorite was the al pastor but they were all top tier.We had the option of mulitas, burritos, or tacos and the plates came with rice and beans.We also had three kinds of aguas frescas: passion fruit, pineapple, and cucumber lime.Everybody was talking about how much they loved the food.
