We began as a small family business in 2008 in Chicago, Illinois. As a real estate investment fund for local and international investors specializing in renovating single family homes. Then we slowly evolved into a kitchen and bath remodeling company. Chicago Constructions specializes in drywall, flooring, tile, painting and installation. Our pricing is broken into material cost and labor expenses separately in order for you to know exactly how much you are paying for each item.
