The plumber I have used in the past wasn't taking calls today and I needed the issue handled as soon as possible so I decided to go with Westark.The service I received was out of this world. Larissa set up the appointment for me and I let her know that I would be out to lunch at some point. She made sure that I got a call before the tech left to come to my house. Within ten minutes of that call I had two techs at my door. Donnie and Pierce were extremely friendly and helpful. They had the issue resolved in minutes and they were on their way.While they were finishing up I had been talking to them and I believe distracted them a bit. Cabe and Brad showed up promptly and did a thorough video inspection, marked the ground and told me the depth. They checked everything and even offered advice.
